The technician was running late, but called me to let me know that and told me exactly what time he would be there and he was there when he said he would be. He was extremely thorough, but efficient and explained what he was doing and why. He was personable while maintaining professionalism. Lubricated and inspected door. Their representative was notably courteous and professional, clearly intelligent, and quite informative. The cost was certainly affordable--much more so than the usual garage door lube call. Very professional service, the vendor really took the time to explain things and was very kind - I had A-Plus Garage Door Repair Team over turned out I needed to pick up an extension cord which was the only frustration - I would have expected the installer to have one and just add $10 to my invoice. Had a good experience with these guys. They were on time and done with the job within an hour. So being quick & efficient is a plus. They knew their job and didn't seemed frazzled by any curve that was thrown their way...I needed new springs and pulleys on my wooden garage door. They also adjusted something that was prohibiting the motor system from operating. Now my garage door is working great. Their prices seemed reasonable for the work that was needed.

Amazing service by A-Plus Garage Door Repair technician who was recommended by our neighborhood group. Indeed he was super responsive, professional and honest! We ordered a high end new design garage door for a new house, and repaired up our existing garage door in the old house. Both transactions were incredibly smooth!! Our Sears garage door probably dates from the seventies. Needles to say, Sears doesn't sell parts for it anymore. When one of the sheaves broke, I was afraid we were in big trouble but he was able to find adequate parts and easily fix the problem. While he was here, he also waved his magic wand and now the door goes up and down without creaking or clanking.  All this for a reasonable fee.  A+.
